My Story
Hey everyone, I'm Kenzie and I've been a practicing RMT since 2023! Self-care and wellness have always been a major part of my life so I am the most passionate about helping people along their own journey through massage & reiki. I started my in-depth spiritual journey in 2024 and found Reiki which was personally a life-changing experience. Since then, I have become certified & attuned to Usui level 2 Reiki and have been incorporating it into my daily life!
I love to spend my free time hiking, in the gym, baking, watercolour painting and being with my dog, Lilly-Mae <3.

Hi everyone, welcome to the zen zone where your individual healing and wellness is more accessible to you!! I am a practicing RMT and energy worker who wants to make mind, body & spiritual health more available to those who are: unable to leave their homes, limited with time/schedueling or who simply want to crawl into bed after a session!
Providing mobile Massage Therapy & Reiki services in Bragg Creek, Redwood Meadows & surrounding areas for your comfort.
My focus is on delivering tailored treatments & homecare that help with pain management, promote relaxation, healing & overall wellness. With our zen zone, you can book appointments online & access helpful homecare resources (coming soon) that will further your results from treatment or simply help you achieve your individual wellness & body goals. Explore the power of Massage Therapy & Reiki with in-home services and embark on a journey to your most zenful mind & body.
